Prayer Passes at Northtown

At CICS Northtown, we believe that students should have the opportunity to exercise their religion during the course of the school day while still maintaining the high expectations we have for all students. As such, we are asking families interested in prayer at school to review the guidelines and follow the steps here to be issued a prayer pass.

• WHERE?  
  • Males pray in the Community Room
  • Females pray in the Library
• WHEN? 
  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  No prayers on Wednesdays due to shortened bell schedule.
  • Leave class at time stated on PRAYER PASS using MINGA
  • Return to class within 5 minutes of the scheduled end time
• HOW LONG?
  • 10 minutes for daily prayer
  • 20 minutes on Fridays
