Senior Activities for the Class of 2025
As our seniors wind down their time at Northtown, we prepare for activities to provide joy and to make memories. Learn more about our end-of-the-year celebrations of our Class of 2025.
ACT & PreACT
CICS Northtown Academy is administering the ACT and PreACT to students on April 8th and 10th. These are mandatory attendance days for students registered to take the exam. Students that are testing are expected to be at school by 8:00am and doors will open as early as 7:20am on April 8th and 10th.
Wednesday, January 29th is Northtown's Practice ACT Test!
All 9th, 10th and 11th graders will take a Practice ACT test to prepare for the April ACT. The ACT an entrance exam used by most colleges and universities to make admissions decisions. It is a multiple-choice, digital test administered by ACT. The ACT is replacing the SAT. The best way to prepare for the Practice ACT is to be present on Jan 29th, be well rested and eat a healthy breakfast.

Jeremiah P. started reading the announcements his sophomore year—and people took notice. Who I am now is thanks to CICS Northtown Academy.
Though I had my ups and downs, my experience at CICS Northtown was unforgettable. I remember not knowing anyone on my first day of school. I was terrified I might be isolated because I struggled with speaking English. However, my advisors Jennifer Bender and Dawn Navejas reached out and made me feel comfortable in my English as a Second Language program.
