NTA is partnering with the Chicago Department of Public Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield to provide a Vaccination Van at Northtown on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Get your student up t date with their immunizations for school. It is free, safe, and effective!
Schedule an appointment here– sign up as soon as possible as these spots go quickly. Once you sign up, your child will receive their vaccination at Northtown and paperwork will be sent home.
